●Insulation: Insulation resistance between the lead and the housing must be equal to or more than 1×109Ω

●Bonding: Inner wire bonding

●Solderability: •Properties such as easy solderability of the shell surface.

Product Detail

Sensor headers must withstand harsh environments characterized by physical stresses such as mechanical pressing, thermal shock, and vibration while the delicate electronics on the inside remain capable of consistently relaying information from its delicate electronics. These products typically adopt a compression sealing method. Seals are designed to withstand high pressure levels (up to 3000 bars) and therefore are very suitable for sensors that must endure this type of environment. Jitai’s stainless steel brazing helps form highly reliable GTM seals that can consistently perform in other challenging conditions characterized by repetitious action, irritants and acids,  and other harsh environments experienced in fields such environmental monitoring, medical, and automotive.

Product Design

In order to facilitate welding with the outer housing during use, the base of the stainless steel pressure sensor tube is generally round. Sensor packages generally consist of three parts, the housing, pins, and glass insulators. The housing and pins are fused and sealed through the glass insulators at high temperature. The main materials used are shown in Table 1 below:
